Car Servo is a vendor independent online platform for booking car service, buying insurance and availing many more automobile services.

2. How do I register with CarServo?

Click on the 'Create Your Account' link on the homepage of carservo.com. Enter your full name, Email id, contact number, password and click on 'Create Account' and you are registered with us.

3. How to book service at Carservo?

Procedure to book service through carservo.com

  1. Launch www.carservo.com
  2. Create your Account (Recommended)
  3. Login to your Account using Email ID and password
  4. Click on Book a Service
  5. Choose from the list of Service Stations of your choice
  6. Choose the Services Offered for booking a slot.
  7. Choose a Pickup Date, Pickup Time, Instructions, Pickup Required, etc.
  8. Read 'Terms and Conditions' and click on 'Book a Service'.
  9. Once Service is Complete, service amount would show up for you to Pay.
  10. Click on 'Proceed Payment'
  11. You will receive a payment confirmation. A confirmation email and SMS will be sent across to you.

4. Is there a contact number where I can contact you and book my service?

Apart from web bookings, we also offer an 8 AM to 9 PM (Mon - Sat) Contact Centre booking service. You can call +91 99722 04561 for any booking or website related queries.

5. Is it necessary to register for booking car service?

Yes, as we would need to have car and contact details to provide a confirmed booking and communicate to you. It also allow you to view your entire service history and be eligible for exciting offers. Alternatively you can login using Facebook/Twitter account.

6. Why Mobile number is asked during registration?

The Service booking confirmation would be sent to you via SMS and offers/discounts would be sent to mobile.

7. Do you charge extra fees for a booking?

Its an absolutely free service. We do not charge any fee for booking as such, but if customer prefers to pay online on the bill amount, we charge a nominal amount as Internet Handling charges.

8. I have forgotten my password, how do I proceed?

Click on the 'Login to your Account' link on the homepage of carservo.com. Enter your email ID registered with us and click on Forgot password link, and the password will be emailed to you on the email address registered with us.

9. How can I confirm whether my Service have been booked?

As soon as your booking is registered a confirmation e-mail and SMS containing your booking details is sent across to the contact details entered while booking. In case you have not received the confirmation e-mail/SMS please call us on +91 99722 04561 a confirmation e-mail/SMS would be resent to you. I booked for service through the website but did not get the confirmation email / SMS. Please call us on +91 9972204561 mentioning your name and date you booked, once identified a confirmation e-mail/SMS would be resent to you.
The refund has still not been credited in my credit card account, what should I do ? As per our policy, we send a reverse request to the bank by the end of the day. Depending on bank's policy, it can sometimes take up to 15 working days for the reversal to take effect. If it takes longer than that give us a call on +91 9972204561 and we will take the issue with bank on priority to have the reversal done in the earliest.
How do I cancel an order and what is the refund policy for the cancelled orders. You can cancel your order online by visiting My account > My orders> Cancel_Order. Click on Confirm cancellation and we shall confirm your request within 24 hours and the refund would be processed between 5 to 7 business days.

10. What is the shipment process and delivery method followed

All car accessories chosen during booking would be delivered when the service is complete by the car service station.

11. What other advantages of registering online?

When a booking is made you get SMS/Email confirmation once slot is confirmed by service center. Status updates online of what stage of service is being performed. Confirm Online on price with Car Service Agents. Service Reminders via Email/SMS so you keep your car in safe and healthy conditions.

12. How do I cancel a order and what is the refund policy for the cancelled orders.
